TY - JOUR AB - Results from the NA60 experiment on the J / production are presented. We show that in InIn collisions there is an extra suppression of the J / yield with respect to the expectations of the nuclear absorption. This suppression increases with the centrality of the collisions and it is dominant for low- p T J /. We also report on new results on the azimuthal J / distributions in InIn collisions. For central collisions, these azimuthal distributions are compatible with an isotropic emission, while for peripheral events, and in particular at high transverse momentum, there is a clear signal of anisotropy, and the J / are emitted preferentially within the reaction plane.
